Commission to proof election ballot Monday

The Carroll County Board of Election Commissioners will meet at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at the Carroll County Clerk’s Office in Berryville for ballot proofing of the November 5, 2024, General, Nonpartisan Judicial Runoff Election.
