This listing includes individuals who have been booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty. As of Sunday, March 1, a total of 74 inmates were being housed in the detention center. 

Feb. 24

Jody Brian Douglas, 42, Cassville, was booked on fleeing, no liability insurance, illegal passing, driving on a suspended or revoked license, speeding, unsafe vehicle and failure to pay registration fee.

Kristopher Lajuan Stump, 47, Berryville, was booked on possession of a controlled substance.

Stephanie Ann Stafford, 33, Clarksville, was booked.

Nicholas Bo Spencer, 39, Berryville, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia, possession, contempt of court, a white warrant and failure to appear.

Bradley Eugene Faught, 44, Grandview, was booked on a body attachment for child support.

Hollie Anne Burdick, 46, Berryville, was booked on a court commitment.

Julia Nicole Gatlin, 27, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear, a white warrant and hold for another agency. 

Saralynn Dawn Dicken, 31, Berryville, was booked on a court commitment.

Rickey Laine Coffel, 34, Berryville, was booked on a court commitment.

Alexander Arroyo, 25, Rogers, was booked on failure to appear.

Anthony Wayne Olsen, 36, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear and contempt of court.

Adryan David Russell Chaffin, 21, Holiday Island, was booked on failure to appear.

Hemil Jesse, 63, Green Forest, was booked on driving on a suspended license due to driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to arrest, no proof of liability insurance and speeding.

Scott Joseph Phillips, 47, Berryville, was booked on hold for another agency. 

Steven David Barnes, 28, Washburn, Mo., was booked on failure to appear.

Tom William Boling, 54, Springdale, was booked on violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law. 

Jason Gregory Smith, 46, Berryville, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia and no liability insurance.

Brett Wade Pippin, 39, Eureka Springs, was booked on driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, use of a handheld wireless phone while driving, notice of change of address or name, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and prohibited driving.

Nicole Marie Dorsey, 41, Harrison, was booked on revocation and contempt of court.

Arcadio Devera, 45, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear and speeding.

Minus Mejbon, 33, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear.

Mario Javier Toscano, 58, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear.

Queny Timious, 26, Green Forest, was booked on criminal mischief, theft, commercial burglary and failure to appear.

William Corbett Alsip, 52, Berryville, was booked on abuse of an endangered or impaired person, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession.

Minus Mejbon, 33, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear.

Christopher L. Snyder, 64, Harrison, was booked on failure to appear.

Enrique Leonardo Garcia-Hernandez, 26, Harrison, was booked on a court commitment.

Gabrielle Phillips, 34, was booked on hold for another agency.
