Wednesday, May 4, marked the 110-year anniversary for CS Bank.
Formerly Bank of Eureka Springs and Cornerstone Bank before shortening its name in 2020 to CS Bank, the financial institution was chartered in 1912 and remains the only local bank headquartered in Eureka Springs with seven locations throughout Northwest Arkansas and southwest Missouri.
“It is with great pride that we announce this milestone for our company and express our tremendous gratitude to the citizenry of the markets which we conduct business within for the continued privilege of serving their financial needs,” CS Bank chief executive officer Charlie Cross said in a news release. “Our success over the past century plus has been a direct reflection of these communities’ patronage of our institution.
“Additionally, I applaud our bank team, both past and present, for their efforts to caretake and grow our company during the past 110 years.”
CS Bank employs more than 100 associates throughout its market footprint.
