The Eureka Springs Rotary Club announced the winners of its Thanksgiving Shopping Spree raffle on Nov. 22 at Harts Family Center. Heather Mitchell won a five-minute shopping spree. Shelby Cosby won a $250 gift card, Jenn Robison won a $150 gift card and Jon Holtzman won a $100 gift card.
