In recognition of his outstanding leadership and generous support of the Arkansas Land Title Association, Wade Williams of Kings River Title Company received the organization’s 2025 Arkansas Title Person of the Year award at the ARLTA’s 117th Annual Convention on May 8-9 at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Mo.

Williams serves as president of Kings River Title and has co-owned Kings River Title since 2006.

Williams is also a past president of ARLTA.
