Midwest Blue Oval Club brings Ford lovers together, helps local organizations

For many years Eureka Springs has been host to several car clubs. One of the most popular ones is the Midwest Blue Oval Club. The club is a Ford club with the Mustang Club of America charter.

The Blue Oval Club was formed in 2014 by a group of Ford enthusiasts with the sole purpose of putting on All-Ford events around America’s heartland. Many of the Mustangs are highly valued and many are transported in trailers to Eureka Springs. Each car pays an entrance fee, and the club brings its own judges. They then use the proceeds to benefit charities within the towns or cities in which the events take place.

The club supports family-oriented automotive events. They wish to help the general public become aware of the historical significance of these vehicles and the heritage associated with tier development.

The club is not a professional promoter. It exists for die-hard Ford enthusiasts who want to gather for some fun and camaraderie, and do something good within the communities that are kind enough to welcome them. Medical first responders stand by during each event.

Here in Eureka Springs, the Midwest Blue Oval Club has donated to many organizations during the past several years. Local businesses help by sponsoring this event. MCA (Mustang Club of America) Regional Director for NW Arkansas is one of our own residents, Jeff Yergovicha founding board member and his wife, Julie.

The club has donated to the Grassy Knob Volunteer Fire Association as well as the Flint Street Food Bank for the last 11 years.
