The Eureka Springs High School Drama Department is altogether kooky this fall. The students will perform The Addams Family Musical at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, and 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Eureka Springs High School Auditorium.

Music teacher Donesa Mann said everyone’s excited about the show. They’re doing the Young@Part version, she said, which lasts an hour and a half with intermission. Mann said this show will feature several new actors.

“It’ll be fun to see some new students up on the stage, and it’s such fun music,” Mann said. “I think the audience will have as much if not more fun than the students on the stage.”

She continued: “It’s perfect for Halloween weekend. It’s not going to be scary. It’s going to be spooky and funny, but nobody’s going to scream when they see these funny characters.”
