To Our Incredible Neighbors, Words can hardly capture the depth of our gratitude. Thanks to your overwhelming generosity, our recent Scouting for Food drive for the Flint Street Food Pantry was not just a success, it showed the true spirit of the wonderful the people of our community. We have not seen our shelves so well stocked in recent memory.
You filled your bags, our bins, our shelves, and most importantly, our hearts. Every can, every box, every thoughtful donation is a testament to the power of Eureka Springs and our surrounding community and the belief that no one should go hungry.
We must especially thank one group whose annual dedication deserves a standing ovation: the unstoppable, ever-enthusiastic, Scouts of Troop 67, and especially Scout Leader Bruce Bieschke, who has championed this effort for us for 30 years. The scouts didn’t just collect food — they mobilized, strategized, and galvanized. Their energy was contagious, their commitment unwavering, and their impact immeasurable. They didn’t just gather goods, they gathered goodwill.
To families, friends, and neighbors who gave so generously: thank you for believing in the power of small acts to create big change. And to Troop 67: thank you for reminding us that leadership, service, and heart know no age.
Together, we’ve stocked shelves, filled our pantries, and nourished souls. But more than that, we’ve proven that when a community comes together, there’s nothing we can’t do.
With deepest appreciation and boundless gratitude, — Rick DeLaney President, Flint Street Fellowship
