Local students honored at UA

Several Carroll County students have earned recognition for their academic performance during the Fall 2025 semester at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

The UA recently announced its Chancellor’s List and Dean’s List for the Fall 2025 semester. The Chancellor’s List recognizes undergraduate students who achieve a 4.0 grade-point average for the term while completing at least 12 credit hours normally required for graduation. The Dean’s List recognizes undergraduate students who achieve a 3.75 – 3.99 grade-point average for the term while completing at least 12 credit hours normally required for graduation. Students who make the Chancellor’s List automatically make the Dean’s List.

Carroll County students named to both the Chancellor’s List and the Dean’s List include Olivia Cross, Anna Felty, Mackenzie Loudermilk, Sophie Reed and Abigail Stafford, all of Eureka Springs; Shayla Fox, John Hudgens, Malia McEnaney, Elizabeth Raya, Amelia Thurman and Hannah Youngblood, all of Berryville; Andrew Engel and Reese James, both of Green Forest; and Linzee Langton of Alpena.

Carroll County students named to the Dean’s List include Francisco Esquivel, Jaden Hood and Mary-Kennedy Jackson, all of Berryville; Andrea Lopez and Ross Nance, both of Green Forest; and Haddasah Toliver of Alpena.
