On June 5, the Kerusso team gathered to celebrate a historic milestone: the 25th work anniversary of their very first quarter- century employee, Kevin Vincent.
“Kevin’s journey with Kerusso began in 2000, and over the years he’s worn many hats — each one marked by dedication, excellence, and heart,” Kerusso said in a news release.
During the celebration, founder and CEO Vic Kennett shared stories from Kevin’s early days, recounting trade show travels, key roles held, and the quiet leadership that has made Kevin such an integral part of the Kerusso family.
Fellow team members joined in with both lighthearted and heartfelt tributes, reflecting on Kevin’s influence not only as a coworker but as a mentor and friend. Even those who couldn’t be there in person tuned in over Zoom to share in the joy and extend their well-wishes.
Kevin himself took time to reflect on his years at Kerusso.
“I am delighted to be the first employee at Kerusso to reach the 25-year service milestone,” he said. “I cannot attribute my success and longevity to any strict designed life plan. But I can attribute it to several important things practiced daily. I was always ready and willing to learn and master new skills. I was always open and receptive to change. I was always grateful for what I had. I always tried to be kind, loving and supportive of my co-workers. And I was always quick to forgive and instantly forget. After 25 years, I believe this is why I am still showing up for work every day with enthusiasm and integrity and a focus on excellence.
“Kerusso is proud to celebrate Kevin Vincent — not just for his years of service, but for the example he sets and the legacy he’s building,” the company news release said. “His faithfulness and work ethic continue to inspire everyone around him.”
