For individuals who want assistance with the filing process and Democratic Candidate Filing forms (available at the County Clerk’s office), Carroll County Democratic Party officials will be onsite from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, and Monday, Nov. 10, at 210 W. Church St. in Berryville.

The partisan filing period begins at noon, Monday, Nov. 3, and ends at noon Tuesday, Nov. 11. Non-partisan filing is from 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11.

You must file Campaign & Contribution forms online with the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office.
