Billy Paul Rogers, 71, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas passed away on October 30, 2025.

Billy retired to Eureka Springs after a long and dedicated career as a railroad engineer and supervisor. He will be remembered as a devoted hus band, father and grandpa.

Since his move to Eureka Springs in 2010, Billy served as a volunteer fire fighter at the Grassy Knob Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Beaver Lake Baptist Church.

A service will be held November 16th at 11 a.m. at Beaver Lake Baptist Church followed by a Celebration of Life at the Grassy Knob Fire Department Community Center.
