Galindo retires after 40 years of service with CS Bank

CS Bank has announced that Mary Galindo retired on Jan. 2.

Galindo served in numerous roles for the bank since her start in 1985 and was a staple to those she served across the bank’s communities over the course of the last 40 years.

Galindo began at the bank on May 5, 1985, starting as a teller at CS Bank’s (formerly Bank of Eureka Springs) Historic Downtown office. During her time with the bank, she played a key role in several departments, including deposit services and loan operations. She was later promoted to assistant vice president, where she has been an outstanding ambassador of the CS Bank brand.

“Although sad to see Mary transition away from our company, her 40 years of loyalty and ambassadorship leave us happy for her as she heads into retirement,” said CS Bank CEO Charles T. Cross. “Mary’s career has been one of service above self and she will be missed dearly by her CS Bank family. We wish her nothing but the best and could not be more grateful for her affiliation during the past four decades.”

“From everyone at CS Bank, we want to wish Ms. Galindo a wonderful retirement and thank her for her 40 years of outstanding service!” the bank said in a news release.

CS Bank is a $620 million Northwest Arkansas-based bank with seven locations throughout the area and plans for continued expansion, including a second location in South Harrison set to open in January 2026.
