The annual Carroll County fair association board meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, at the Carroll County Cattlemen’s building on the grounds of the Carroll County Fairgrounds. The purpose of the board meeting is to re-elect board members and prospective board members and 2023 officers. If you are interested in being part of the Carroll County Fair and Livestock Association, please make plans to attend this meeting.

The computer system at the Berryville School District was hacked last week, causing the district to lose internet access and use of computers. The district also lost phone services temporarily.

The Eureka Springs Parks and Recreation Commission has unanimously approved the hiring of an interim parks director to temporarily fill the role of retiring director Scott Miskiel. The commission voted 4-0 at its Dec.
