May 28 program to focus on ‘Finding Common Ground’

Are you concerned about the increasing division and incivility in our country and community? Do you want to see more respect and compromise in our politics? Would you like to learn how to have more respectful conversations with others of differing political views? Then join Braver Angels Arkansas, an alliance of the national Braver Angels organization, for “Braving Societal Polarization: Finding Common Ground During Polarizing Times,” from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at First United Methodist Church, 195 Huntsville Road in Eureka Springs.

Artrageous Parade

The streets of downtown Eureka Springs were alive with energy and imagination this past weekend as the Artrageous Parade marched through town, filling the air with music, laughter, and a vibrant celebration of creativity. Hosted by the Eureka Springs School of the Arts, the annual parade brought together artists, performers, community groups, and local businesses in a spirited display of art in motion.

Senior Center Menus

The Carroll County Senior Activity and Wellness Center is located at 202 W. Madison Ave. in Berryville. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Lunch is served at noon each weekday. Please arrive earlier than noon for lunch. The suggested donation for ages 60 and up is $4. There is an $8 charge for those under 60 and $8.50 all carryout meals. Menus are subject to change.
