Jason Tennant, president and chief lending officer, has announced the promotion of Bethani Head to sales manager for CS Bank.
Head will be responsible for the management and oversight of all branch sales-related efforts, with a focus on matching the bank’s client base with the best possible products to assist with the enhancement of their financial well-being.
Head began her banking career with CS Bank five years ago at the bank’s Financial Center in Eureka Springs. Since that time, she has worked in loan operations, as a loan assistant, and most recently as the branch manager of the Berryville office.
“It is always a privilege to promote our great people to another level of leadership at CS Bank,” Tennant said. “Bethani has proven to be a great ambassador for our bank. Her customer service and caring for the client is second to none. We are very proud to see Bethani grow with our bank and she is very deserving of this promotion. I look forward to watching Bethani lead our bank into the next level of deposit services growth.”
Head and her husband, Trent, live in Berryville with their two children, Isaac and Madison. She is a graduate of Green Forest High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University. Head is an active member of the community, where she serves on the board of directors as vice president for the Berryville Chamber of Commerce and as a worship leader for New Life Church Berryville.
CS Bank is a $625 million, Northwest Arkansas-based bank with eight locations throughout the area, with plans for continued expansion.
