The Eureka Springs Daughters of the American Revolution Abendschone Chapter had a membership drive on Saturday, Aug. 12, at the Bridgeford House Bed & Breakfast. The membership drive offered DAR informative brochures, introduction presentation, genealogy workbooks and tips on finding ancestors. Sweet pastries and tea were offered. DAR Abendschone Chapter meets next at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Grace Lutheran Church in Holiday Island. Interested ladies are welcome to attend.
